Plumbing contract for a 20 story high rise with 274 residential units (floors 2-19) on top of retail space & amenity spaces (floors 1-2) with the 20th floor consisting of some amenity areas and (2) large water heaters in a mechanical room. Building design includes sovent waste/vent systems, domestic water booster pump, multi-zoned domestic water system. Also part of the project is a 6 level parking garage attached to the building for the public and the residents.
