Project was a 680,000 Square foot distribution facility that houses all sales, distribution, and administration of Martignetti Companies under one roof.
-HVAC systems included multiple packaged outdoor central station Air Handlers, Fully integrated BMS system, Supply Air and Exhaust Air duct distribution. State of the Art Hydrogen Charging stations, Hydronic distribution system with Boiler Plant. Perimeter Gas Fired unit heaters at all loading dock doors.
-Plumbing infrastructure for roof drains, office bathrooms and kitchenettes, and warehouse workers facilities. Gas to rooftop units and a large volume of unit heaters all around the building.
