This project is a tenant fit-out project with Timberline Construction of Canton, Mass for the Owner “PUMA – Headquarters” which took 5 floors of a 13 story building in the Assembly Row area of Somerville. We are connecting to the existing base building piping system with 500 new chilled beams along with 10 heat pumps. The chilled beam piping installation consist of install a 6-way control valve, so depending on the season it is used for both heating and cooling. We also completed the typical plumbing systems on the 5 floors of used space for Puma employees.
