Four story residence dorm that is being built to the Passive House Energy Standards. Complete four pipe heating coiling system with fan coil units located for common area and Sigma Valance units for each living area. Building fresh air and exhaust comes from 3 split energy recovery units located on the roof. Heating consists of 2 Lochinvar Boilers with Pumps. Cooling system consists of a Multistack Chiller located in the mechanical room with condenser water running to Dry-Cooler located on the roof.
The entire plumbing system consists of core toilet rooms on each floor with PVI water heaters supplying all the domestic hot water.
